After swapping her native Lithuania for Amsterdam, enrolling in an online masters in Psychology was never supposed to be part of the plan for Greta.
But after starting to work with students from around the world as an enrolment advisor for the University of Roehampton, London Online, plans quickly changed.
Speaking with highly motivated and passionate people every day triggered a passion for learning in Greta, who, inspired by the applicants she was helping, decided to pursue a brighter future for herself, through education.
Combining studying with working full-time and being a mum isn’t always easy. However, Greta’s studies make her uniquely well placed to relate to, and help, the students she is supporting now she works as part of the Roehampton Online Student Support team.
While new students may face similar time-management challenges, Greta understands at first hand just how much the insights that are shared in the online classroom can help when overcoming the initial challenges of studying online.
Greta now uses her experiences of being an online student to help and inspire new students from around the world. She also knows that wherever her career takes her, the future will be brighter for her studies.
Be inspired by those around you at Roehampton Online.
