A London-based lecturer, father of two and Chelsea fan, he’s also part of a global community of students studying online with the University of Roehampton.
When James is at home, his little boy of seven and 10-year-old daughter often do their homework while their father studies. It’s not the only place where he learns alongside others; while a role model to his children, to his peers in the Roehampton Online classroom, James is part of a network of learners where ideas are shared and knowledge is expanded with each connection in class and through Inspirenet.
By learning as part of a community that shares his passion, James is able to compare new perspectives with classmates in countries like Canada, Kenya and Japan every day.
Combining these insights with his programme learning enables James to get better at his own job, where he inspires the next generation of learners in his role as lecturer.
Interact with others in the online classroom and Inspirenet and embrace Roehampton's spirit of collaboration.
