The tuition fee is based on the ‘Modular’ and ‘Modular with instalments’ payment plans and could be lower if you choose the ‘Pay in full’ payment plan. Tuition fees are subject to an annual review and can change at the University’s discretion; please refer to our Terms & Conditions for additional details. The first payment is due prior to starting module one and includes a non-refundable deposit.


What’s covered in your fees?

Our all-inclusive tuition fee* has been designed to include all of the tools, resources and career-enhancing services you’ll need to succeed as an online student and go on achieving your goals.

Therefore, in addition to covering your programme instruction and the learning resources you’ll need for each module, your tuition fee will include:

  • The cost of processing of your application
  • Library access
  • All e-books required throughout your programme
  • Technology fees
  • Unlimited use of our career-enhancing tools and services via REACH, the Roehampton Employability and Careers Hub

Your payment plan options

Pay in full

  • Pay your entire programme cost in one go; the most cost-effective way to study.
  • Avoid possible annual tuition-fee increases or currency fluctuations.
  • Payment must be received before you start your first module.

Modular payment plan

  • Pay for each 10-week module in full prior to starting each course; a simple pay-as-you-go approach to studying.
  • With each module paid for in advance, you’ll be able to focus on your studies without worrying about additional payments throughout the module.

Modular payment plan with instalments

  • Pay for each 10-week module in three fixed instalments, making it easier to budget.
  • The first of the three instalments must be paid before you start the module.

Sallie Mae Smart Option Loan is a flexible way to fund your education. For each new loan, students can choose the pricing and repayment option that best fits their needs to cover up to 100% of their education expenses.

What does it cost? And what payment options are there?

Your tuition fee will vary depending on which programme you choose. Your enrolment advisor will be able provide you with a detailed breakdown of your fees and help you decide which programme and payment plan suits your needs best.

Payment plans

  • Pay in full – Pay in full for the total cost of your programme; the most cost-effective way to study
  • Modular payment plan – Pay for each 10-week module in full prior to starting each course; a simple pay-as-you-go approach to studying
  • Modular payment plan with instalments – Pay for each 10-week module in three fixed monthly instalments, making it easier to budget

Are there any other costs?

No; your tuition fees include:

  • Application processing
  • Course materials and e-books
  • Technology
  • Access to library
  • Graduation ceremony (excluding the cost of travelling to the ceremony)

Remember, you might also need to pay fees to your bank, money-transfer service or exchange bureau when paying your tuition fees. And you will need to ensure you have your own computer and a reliable internet connection.

Which payment currencies are available?

You are invoiced in the regional currency option available in your area at the time of your Application and Enrolment. The currency is stated and agreed to in your student agreement. Depending on where you live, we may be able to offer you the option to pay in your local currency at an advantageous exchange rate. To see which options are available in your area, login into Inspirenet and you will be given available options when you make a payment. If you are not yet a student, ask your Enrolment Advisor.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept a wide range of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners), bank transfers and PayPal. We are also planning to offer additional Alternative Payment Methods (APMs) for many countries – please contact bursar@roehampton-online.com to see which options are available in your country.

Does the University offer financial assistance?

Some opportunities for financial assistance are available to our students through external providers. Many of these sources can help you pay for your tuition while you are enrolled in a degree programme, or assist you with loan repayment after graduation.
