Strengthening of health systems (especially human resources for health, quality improvement, sexual and reproductive health rights); gender-based violence


Constance Shumba has published articles in several journals including the Journal of Public Health in Africa and African Journal of Reproductive Health. As a public health practitioner, she works as a Research and Grants Manager coordinating various operational research activities in health service delivery in a private not-for-profit network comprising 282 health facilities in Uganda. She is also an independent evaluation consultant for large-scale public health programmes in the African region. She has been a faculty member on the MPH programme at the University of Roehampton, London Online since 2014.
