Dr Nikas is a faculty manager and honorary lecturer at the University of Liverpool and University of Roehampton. His research interest focuses on the social and organisational dynamics that underlie recent technological and work developments in networked organizations, from social and management perspectives. His research has been published in selected international academic journals and books, and has been presented at scientific conferences.
He has significant consulting experience in business process re-engineering and in managing strategic projects, including work at the OPAP, Hellenic Postbank, Hellenic Trade Board, Greek Parliament and Intertrust SA.
